My on-line tutor was always very patient and helpful and he made the course very pleasant.
While taking the course I was able to secure fresh employment 7 months after having been made redundant. I had learned on the course about VAT bad debt relief and was subsequently able to suggest to the director of one of the companies I do accounts work for that she claim this relief. This led to her recovering about £2,000 which is not to be sniffed at!
I also find that when the accountant visits that I am now far better equipped to deal with the issues which arise than I was in my previous accounts role before studying and obtaining this qualification.
