Premier Training has been recognised with the ‘Best Use of Social Media’ prize at the prestigious PQ Magazine Awards.
The training provider’s link-up with the Mental Health Foundation charity impressed the PQ judges, and took top prize at the event held at Proud Embankment in London.
Following a challenging two years for everyone, Premier Training identified the need for mental health advice for those studying from home who may be experiencing job uncertainty or extended periods of remote working.
To support those students, the AAT distance learning specialist linked up with the Mental Health Foundation to offer a series of videos containing mental health guidance. These were easily accessible for all across Premier Training’s social media channels.
Topics covered in the video series include:
- Talking about mental health
- Perfectionism and brain fog
- Get out into nature
- Consider mindfulness
- Focus on your sleep
Rose Crockett, Premier Training Operations Director, said: “We were so pleased to be recognised with the PQ Magazine Award for ‘Best Use of Social Media’. The award highlights the excellent advice that is available for distance learning students, and will hopefully help more people to access it and benefit from it.
“Our thanks and gratitude go to the Mental Health Foundation, who provided fantastic guidance for students. The MHF is a terrific charity which puts prevention at the heart of its work and helps to raise awareness of mental health. We are huge fans of their work and their cause.”
