As part of Mental Health Awareness Week we linked up with the experts to provide some helpful advice and guidance.
Marwah from the Mental Health Foundation kindly joined us for a Facebook Live Special.
She provided some fantastic tips and support for distance learning students on topics including anxiety, stress and depression. Areas such as mindfulness, exercise and nature – the theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week – were all explored.
