I started level 2 last April and despite having done the job for the last 30yrs I’ve found things I didn’t know. I’m now close to completing level 3. It hasn’t been easy by any means, but there is great support from Premier Training if needed, the course books and site are good work tools.
For a person who has no confidence this has helped me along with the social network site, which shows I’m not the only one who has difficulties and we can all help each other.
