Mark has been an absolutely brilliant tutor with me.
I suffer with severe anxiety and depression, as well as other long-term chronic illnesses. The ability to be able to study at my own pace via distance learning, but with the amazing support of tutors like Mark, is so valuable to students.
He has tailored contact via email, as this works for me, and he always supports and reassures me when needed. He is always on hand to offer support where I may be struggling with work and doubting myself.
It is not just Mark though, the whole team have been so supportive and amazing. When Mark isn’t available, I have had connections with Peter and Alan, who have both been amazing support too.
My assignments and practice assessments have always been marked promptly. Relevant feedback and support has always been a quick turnaround and I’ve always been offered further study material to reassure me.
They are absolutely brilliant resources, I have managed to achieve what I have so far due to the materials that have been supplied to me, and the support from my tutor and other tutors.
The testing throughout the books and online are brilliant, the materials you are given are very detailed and easy to read and learn. They cover everything you need to be able to achieve excellent marks in your exams.
The main reason I initially came to Premier Training is the flexibility of being able to learn AAT online/distance learning and there is no pressure on you.
They give you guidelines to complete study in a certain time but that’s to help you manage your time around your other commitments. They provide amazing tools to work with, and you have people on hand there to help you as and when you need support.
I didn’t think I was capable of studying and working towards something worthwhile like this, due to my ill health and my depression and anxiety, but Premier Training have made this possible for me.
It has enabled someone with multiple disabilities to feel like your life isn’t over and that you are still able to achieve something in life.
My tutor has been very reassuring and optimistic with me and believes I can continue to study to the point where I am able to undertake setting up my own practice.
