I have previously studied with a different provider and the support I received there was terrible, so I had some reservations about distance learning.
But having started AAT Level 4 with Premier Training I can say that the support is brilliant. The responses are quick and within the timings of my tutor’s working hours which are given to me within my course.
The marking of assignments is quick. The responses to where I went wrong have been very constructive and help me to see where I went wrong rather than just telling me I was wrong.
Even when I had a technical issue with my dashboard, my tutor put me in touch with the IT department very quickly and they fixed the issue within the day. MyPTA is a great dashboard that has everything I need to support my study with the hardcopy books.
I have children at home and I work a full-time job so studying has to be a bit pick and and drop, but studying in this way is totally achievable around family life.
My studying is still ongoing as I am just at the beginning of this level but I know that with this support I will get everything I need in order to stick with my work plan created with my employer. I can’t fault Premier Training.
