I have been using Premier Training for my studies for a number of years.
I can find it difficult to keep up with the schedules due to my work and other commitments. However, not once has my tutor or course advisors made me feel that this is a problem. They are always on hand to support me.
When I reach out to my tutor and course advisors the response is always very efficient, professional and friendly which makes them very approachable at any stage.
I have had a few ‘meltdowns’ over the years and my tutor Richard Sharp is always on hand and just so lovely, always putting things back in perspective for me, especially around exam time.
I don’t think I could have got through some of my exams without Richard keeping me level-headed and calming my nerves, of which I am hugely grateful for.
Not once have I ever had to contact Premier Training more than once on any of my questions or queries. They are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.
The online PTA is useful for study material and helps you get through the units. The assignments are incredibly helpful and I always get quick feedback on my marks – never any longer than 48 hours with really helpful feedback.
I hope that Premier Training will keep investing and making the portal even better as this is an incredibly helpful tool when studying from home.
Having the ability of distance learning has helped me dramatically, although it is taking some time for me to complete my course. I would not be able to do this due to time and commitments in a class environment
Due to the ability of Premier Training, I do not feel I am missing out on that 1-2-1 training as I have everything I need just by emailing my tutor or course advisors. This has helped me grow as a student, increased my confidence in my own abilities and also contributed towards my current role at work.
