I have just completed the test for the first module, Bookkeeping Transactions. The result was 97%!
I enrolled with Premier Training last year but due to personal reasons I didn’t pursue my studies consistently.
However, my tutor regularly emailed me, otherwise I would have given up. I quite like being pushed to study.
When I first started the course, I was not interested in it that much, especially because the debits and credits were confusing to me.
But I read the study manuals provided by Premier Training many, many times, with the help of the online PTA resources and gradually all the difficult concepts sank in.
I am very thankful the tutor is quick to reply to all my questions. If Richard (my tutor) is on leave, other tutors reply to my queries in time.
The advisor (Alex) is hugely helpful, too. She is very easy to communicate with and good at boosting my confidence.
I must say if not for distance learning I would have given up long ago, had I learned it all by myself. Distance learning is so flexible I can pick up where I finished easily. But I must be very disciplined, which applies to all learning.
With the first module passed, I am more confident and have taken to the course, which makes me more motivated. And I hope I will complete the whole course sooner than planned.
