All of the Premier Training team would like to congratulate Julie Sharp on her fantastic fundraising achievements throughout July.
Julie, whose husband Richard is one of the Premier Training tutors, set herself the target of cycling 300km in a month to raise money for Breast Cancer Now.
And her extraordinary pedal power saw her race past that mark, eventually racking up 543.16km before the end of July.
That achievement has so far raised £350, and Premier Training have been amongst those to donate to such a worthy cause.
Breast Cancer Now is steered by world-class research and powered by life-changing care. The charity is for anyone affected by breast cancer, providing support for today and hope for the future.
Breast Cancer Now aims to change the future of breast cancer and ensure that, by 2050, everyone diagnosed with the disease lives – and is supported to live well.
Julie remarked: “This challenge is about getting as many people as possible active and involved in raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research and care.
“Reading some of the stories from the people riding and supporting riders that have loved ones living with breast cancer made me all the more determined to complete this challenge.
“Thank you so much to my family and friends who have donated. To anyone that would like to donate there is still time, so don’t miss out! This amazing charity needs all the help it can get.”
