I joined Premier Training, when we were in the middle of lockdown – during that time we were home-schooling and working from home, so my studies were thrown out the window.
The aim of joining was so that l would be able to at least pick my books and follow through.
My Premier Training course advisor made me a calendar for my own study schedule. This motivates me to follow through and put me on track. The tutors promptly mark my assignments and answer all the questions that l have.
The flexibility of distance learning made it manageable especially for a person who works and has a family. It made me confident knowing that l have people cheering me on, also knowing l can call them if l did not understand something.
I have already done my first exams and passed since I joined, and to be honest if I was self-studying l would have procrastinated and kept postponing booking exams like l usually do.
One unforgettable experience was with one of the tutors. I was so frustrated and adamant that l wrongly marked some questions about Forecast Index.
I was doing it the opposite way and he gave me the Aha! he showed me how to do it and realised since I was dealing with materials l was rounding-off incorrectly.
I cannot praise them enough. I’m proud to be their student.
