I’m so glad I chose Premier Training to study my AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Accounting.
As it’s my first time studying since I left school eight years ago, I was really nervous about starting something new and worried that I wouldn’t be able to get back into studying again but I didn’t need to be – Premier Training have been brilliant.
The one-to-one tutor support is so simple. If I send my tutor an email I normally hear back within a day, and even if my tutor is on annual leave another of the tutors always picks up on my email and responds to me which is brilliant.
Assessments are always marked quickly and the feedback I receive is always useful – anything I get wrong is explained well, in simple terms so I understand it second time round.
The MyPTA portal is so easy to use and the videos are really helpful. They aren’t too complex and are put in a way that anyone could understand them or even relate to them.
Distance learning has been great for me. I have been furloughed since March, so have been able to study from home and, apart from ensuring I have submitted my assessments by the deadline, I don’t feel at all rushed.
I work at my own pace, and if I’m having a day when I’m finding it hard to concentrate I allow myself that break, which I wouldn’t be able to do if I was studying in a classroom.
I’ve grown in confidence since studying with Premier Training and have shown myself that, whatever I think I can’t do, I almost certainly can! I feel excited for the future, confident in my abilities and looking forward to going on to Level 3 next year with Premier Training.
