I cannot praise Premier Training enough!

The one-to-one tutor support is fantastic. There’s long opening hours for emails/direct phone calls with your tutor, which is perfect for me as I study outside of full time work, but still have the ability to speak to someone if I have a problem.

All of my marking feedback has come back to me within one working day, even if my allocated tutor isn’t in for some reason – another tutor has picked it up and sent it back to me so quickly.

The feedback is so personal and not a generic Q&A sheet. They offer guidance on any areas you’re weaker on. Any queries I have had have been responded to within the hour.

There are so many study resources on the MyPTA platform – from the textbook itself, to videos, quizzes and links to practice exams.

The courses are split into manageable chunks with assignments at regular intervals to test your learning and I find having this structure has helped me achieve.

Having all this online has meant I have been able to study whenever and wherever I want and best suits me – from work at lunchtimes, at home and even in an airport in Portugal while waiting around. All of the above helped me to achieve 98% in my first assessment.
