Premier Training’s fantastic study resources were recognised once again at the PQ Magazine Awards 2020.
The prestigious event, held at Café de Paris in London, brings together major companies, organisations and bodies from across the accountancy sector.
Premier Training’s commitment to its almost 4,000 active students was underlined again with the Study Resource of the Year award.
The innovative Premier Pal App earned the top prize ahead of four other shortlisted organisations, including the AAT and CIMA.
Developed entirely in house, Premier Pal is an innovation in distance learning, reinventing how students can learn AAT accounting and bookkeeping courses effectively and efficiently.
Leading-edge technology
“We were delighted to earn the Study Resource of the Year award in an extremely strong category,” said Premier Training Operations Director Rose Crockett.
“We have won previous PQ awards in 2018 and 2014, but this one means so much because it was inspired by our students and the app was designed specifically for their needs.
“Premier Pal is like having a personal tutor, a library and a classroom in a student’s pocket. It enables them to access learning at any time and in any location whenever they need to study.”
Rose added: “More than 1,000 students have downloaded the app since its launch last year and the feedback we have received has been incredible.
“We are continually striving to enhance our students’ learning experience through the use of leading-edge technology and unique learning resources like this.”
