“When I started my role in Internal Audit for one of the largest manufacturing companies in East Anglia, I was overwhelmed as I had no relevant qualifications in the accounting profession.
Fortunately, my employer recommended studying for AAT through Distance Learning, something they had done themselves years ago. Working full time, Distance Learning was the only way I would be able to study at my pace and, after trawling through a number of course providers, I found Premier Training to be the best option for me. They were very helpful in setting up each level of the course quickly, and also helped schedule my studies around my work and personal life.
I was very impressed with the facilities available through MyPTA, which offer helpful links and videos on different topics in each unit. The amount of practice tests and assignments was also useful in familiarising myself with the style and layout of AAT exam questions. The prompt and clear feedback I received on the assignments helped me to keep on track with my studies.
One thing I liked most was assigning a specific Course Advisor and Tutor to help you with your studies. This gave my studying a personal touch I have not seen with any other Distance Learning course I’ve taken.
Overall, the level of support has been fantastic and customer service perfect. It has helped me understand my job role in more detail, add more valuable skills to my portfolio, and pass levels 2, 3, and 4 to achieve MAAT status in 8 months (just in time for Christmas)!
I highly recommend Premier Training to anyone serious about studying AAT from home.
