I was really impressed by the quality of support from my tutor, who was very knowledgeable and approachable, and it was good to know I could contact Premier Training for tuition most weekday evenings as well as daytimes. When I got stuck my tutor gave me additional help including extra materials and practice questions. I was impressed by how quickly the assignments were marked – usually within a couple of days, and I always received an email with detailed feedback and suggestions. It was a very reliable service.
My course advisor was always very helpful on any matters and was very prompt in getting back to me.

The flexibility of distance learning
Distance learning suited me because I have had to fit my studies in around my day job, so it was ideal to be able to study in the evening and at weekends and know I could submit my assignment when I was ready and have feedback by email waiting for me a couple of days later. It was good that the Osborne Books Texts could also be accessed electronically, and I could use the e-learning on the Osborne Books website.
What you have achieved since starting the course i.e. grown in confidence, gained employment in the field of accountancy or as it helped with your current job.
My studies have helped with my current job, particularly in my understanding of budgeting, spreadsheets and financial accounting. However, I am also gaining valuable experience in accounting – I have been volunteering with local charities to assist with accounting tasks, and my studies have meant that I have recently been able to find a very rewarding voluntary accounts position in a local charity. I’m gaining valuable experience there all the time and my studies have given me an excellent grounding for my current role and for the future.
Overall… this is what I said to Jeff and Carrie when I passed my exam:

This now concludes my AAT studies, and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for all your help and support over my Level 3 and Level 4 studies. I’ve been impressed with the quality and accessibility of study support over this time and the excellent value it has represented.
